All orders are hand-packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
We don’t ship on weekends or holidays, but as soon as your order goes out, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

  • Priority / Expedited (US): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Please keep in mind that once your package is with the carrier, delivery times can sometimes be affected by weather, holidays, or delays.

💛 Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We want you to receive your products in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos. We’ll take care of you.
Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered complete, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll always do our best to help where we can.

🏠 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
